Sunset by the Lake Summer Concert Series returns to Pleasant Hill
Pleasant Hill, California – Pleasant Hill’s Sunset by the Lake Summer Concert Series returns this weekend for the first time in years, starting with a performance by the Unauthorized Rolling Stones.
Many events throughout the country, as well as this annual concert series, had to be put on hold for a while because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Since COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations started to drop significantly, events in the country started up again, and officials from the City of Pleasant Hill said they were glad to be able to resume the annual series of live music performances.
Beginning on May 29, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the City Hall lake located at 100 Gregory Lane, is the first event in the Sunset by the Lake series, which is being put on by the Pleasant Hill Civic Action Commission.
For the next three and a half months, there will be a concert every two weeks until September 4, 2022, when the season will end.
