Minor to moderate rainfall expected in the Bay Area

Bay Area, California – People in the Bay Area should expect minor to moderate rainfall until Tuesday evening and the heaviest rain is expected to fall overnight, according to the National Weather Service.

Temperatures will be in the low to mid 60s during the day, while overnight temperatures are predicted to be in the low 50s.

In the North Bay, East Bay, Peninsula, and along the San Francisco Bay Shoreline, a wind advisory is in place. South winds are expected to reach to 30 mph on Tuesday.

Throughout the rest of the week, the Bay Area is predicted to be dry.

There are no planned Public Safety Power Shutoffs for Monday or the rest of the week, according to PG&E.
