Concord to host family-friendly underwater egg hunt at the Community Pool in April

Concord, California – The City of Concord is inviting families to make a splash this spring at the Egg-Straordinary Underwater Egg Hunt, taking place at the Concord Community Pool on April 12th from 1:30 to 3:00 PM. This unique and playful event promises an afternoon filled with excitement, laughter, and community spirit.

The egg hunt will happen in the shallow water short course lanes of the pool, which will be divided by age group and swimming ability to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience. After collecting their eggs, kids and families can continue the fun with arts and crafts and lawn games nearby.

To take part, registration is required online, and all participants must be registered in advance.

Families should note an important safety rule: children 8 years and under, and/or anyone wearing a Coast Guard-approved flotation device, must be accompanied in the water by a legal guardian and within arm’s reach at all times.

With fun, floating eggs and splashes of spring joy, this event is sure to be a Concord favorite!
