BART resumed service between Concord and Pleasant Hill after crews put out a grass fire
Concord, California – Bay Area Rapid Transit said that service between Concord and Pleasant Hill was back to normal after a grass fire in the area was put out. The fire had caused service to be stopped for a while.
However, passengers in both the SFO Airport and Antioch directions may still face significant delays.
There is a grass fire in the area of our Concord Yard and the fire department is on scene. We’ve had to drop power in the area which also means we can’t dispatch additional trains from the yard to serve our yellow line at this time.
Limited service continues. https://t.co/BZLE3lPBlM pic.twitter.com/Naf20VhheF
