Multi-vehicle accident caused a road closure in Concord

Concord, California – Authorities said that the scene of a multi-vehicle accident in Concord that closed Denkinger Road has been cleared and the road is open for traffic.

Authorities said the accident that involved several vehicles occurred on Friday near Concord High School in the 1700 block of Denkinger Road.

Vehicles in the road caused the road to close for at least an hour before reopening just before 4 p.m.

No one of the people involved in the accident sustained significant injuries.
