Green 182 set to bring the biggest Green Day and Blink 182 hits to Concord for another Music and Market evening

Concord, California – Music fans in Concord are invited to enjoy an evening of live entertainment this Thursday as Green 182, a tribute band performing songs by Green Day and Blink-182, takes the stage at Todos Santos Plaza during the city’s popular Music and Market series.

The event offers visitors the chance to enjoy live music while also exploring the weekly Farmers Market, creating a fun evening for families, friends, and community members.

The festivities will begin with the Farmers Market opening at 4 p.m., giving attendees time to browse local vendors, shop for fresh products, and enjoy the atmosphere before the concert starts. The live performance by Green 182 is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. at Todos Santos Plaza.

The City of Concord encouraged residents to embrace the nostalgic theme of the evening by inviting fans to gather with friends and celebrate the music of two iconic rock bands. In its announcement, the city said, “This Thursday, grab your friends, dust off your Converse, and prepare to question “What’s My Age Again?” because Green-182 is bringing all your favorite Green Day and Blink-182 hits to Todos Santos Plaza!”

City officials also recognized the organizations that help make the Music and Market concert series possible. They extended thanks to Pacific Service Credit Union, Mt. Diablo Resource Recovery, Ashby Lumber, Marathon Renewables, Concord Police Association, MCE, Pacific Coast Farmers’ Market Association, Brookfield Residential Northern California, John Muir Health, and Hilton Concord for supporting the community event.

With live music, local vendors, and community support, this week’s Music and Market gathering is expected to provide another lively summer evening in downtown Concord.
