Gas prices in the Bay Area continued to drop this week

According to statistics released by AAA on Thursday, gas prices in the Bay Area and across the state have continued to decrease this week. The data shows gas prices have decreased by 60 to 66 cents over the last month.

According to the AAA, the price of a gallon of regular gas in California was $5.82 as of Thursday morning. This is a decrease from the price of $6.38 a month earlier. Prices in the Bay Area vary a lot from county to county. Solano County has the lowest price at $5.72, and Napa County has the highest price at $6.

As of Thursday, the average price of gas in San Jose was $5.82, which is down from $6.45 a month ago. The current price of gas in Oakland is $5.82, which is down from $6.49 last month. The average price of gas in San Francisco was $5.87, which is down from $6.52 on June 21.

Experts said gas prices will continue to decrease over the next few weeks, and they estimate gas prices in the Bay Area might go down by an additional 35 cents to 65 cents per gallon.
