Walnut Creek, California – According to police, the Contra Costa District Attorney has filed 11 felony charges against Oscar Aguilar-Campos, 27, for allegedly setting a series of small fires across Walnut Creek on December 3.
He is now being held on a $1,000,000 bond.
There was no significant damage reported as a result of the fires, which were all quickly put out by the fire crews.
